Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to purchases completed via pay.shereon.com for digital products of Shereon Group OÜ. Product-specific rules on each brand site also apply (for QUIBRAS: quibras.com/terms).

2. Products
We sell digital services and in-app entitlements (for example optional filter unlocks). There is no physical shipping. Delivery is electronic to your product account after successful payment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter a contract. QUIBRAS and similar chat products are adult services (18+).
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. By paying, you also agree to Paddle’s applicable checkout terms. Prices are shown before you confirm payment. Taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle where required.
5. License / access
Paid unlocks grant limited, non-transferable access to the described feature for the stated period (typically about 30 days unless shown otherwise). We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or Terms / Rules violations.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use our products for illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, spam, or anything prohibited by the product Rules / Acceptable Use Policy on the brand website.
7. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. For Paddle payments, refunds follow Paddle’s Refund Policy. See also our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
